Job Title: NQ – 2 Years PQE Solicitor

We are currently recruiting for a NQ to 2 years’ PQE Solicitor to join a highly regarded and supportive National Law Firm in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a large, collaborative group handling high quality, market leading property work across a broad range of sectors.
Role
* Acting on the sale and purchase of commercial properties and investment assets across different sectors
* Handling both landlord and tenant leasing work, including drafting and negotiating leases
* Supporting asset management matters for a variety of owner-occupier and investor clients
* Assisting with property development projects from early stages through to completion
* Supporting real estate finance transactions, working alongside senior lawyers and lenders
* Gaining exposure to a broad mix of sectors
Candidate Profile
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
* NQ - 2 years’ PQE in real estate/property law
* Some prior experience in commercial property work
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
* Confidence in handling matters with appropriate supervision and progressing transactions
* Excellent drafting skills, including experience using and populating precedent documents
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and other firms
* The ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
