Job Advert: Temporary HR Advisor – Manufacturing (8-Week Contract)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 12:30pm
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy manufacturing organisation in Wallasey on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Role Overview:
As HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the site with day-to-day HR activities including:
* General HR administration and documentation
* Supporting line managers with low-level employee relations issues
* Assisting with absence management, note-taking, and maintaining personnel records
* Providing timely, practical HR advice in line with company policies and procedures
About You:
* Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
* Confident with ER processes and handling basic disciplinary/grievance matters
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Able to work independently and on-site throughout the duration of the contract
