As a Clinical Lead, You Will
* Oversee clinical and quality standards within the home.
* Lead and guide nursing and care teams, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
* Conduct assessments, audits, and care planning to enhance resident well-being.
* Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams.
* Provide hands-on clinical support and leadership when required.

For the Clinical Lead position, the ideal candidate will have:
* Active NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience in a senior nursing or leadership role within a care home or similar setting.

* In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance.
