We’re a leading UK industrial door company based in Leeds, seeking a proactive and skilled Service, Maintenance & Repairs Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key department, drive excellent customer service, and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the service, maintenance, and repairs department, ensuring high-quality delivery.
* Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Manage and schedule service bookings with existing clients.
* Actively grow our service customer base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
* Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in industrial doors, engineering, or a related technical field.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to conduct site visits and surveys across the UK.
* Proven track record in customer service and business development.
* Self-motivated, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
