You will manage all aspects of the Adult Social Care (ASC) and Education sub-portfolios, including acquisitions, lease events, property management, and disposals. The position requires working closely with legal and financial services, drafting necessary reports, and developing strong relationships with service departments to keep stakeholders informed. You will also lead and manage the disposal of assets when required.
