The business provides expertise across a broad range of specialisms and is looking for an experienced Account Handler to join their team in Leicester.**What you’ll be doing:*** Build and maintain relationships with key existing Retail Insurance, Wholesale Insurance and/or Reinsurance broking clients.* Develop strategies and goals for the development and management of these accounts, often in collaboration with business developers.* Liaise with brokers and other colleagues to ensure all relevant information is gathered in the preparation of annual renewals and endorsements.* Understand client needs and apply knowledge of risks and the insurance market to find and arrange suitable insurance coverage and policies; act in the interest of the client and offer products from more than one insurer to secure the optimal insurance solution.**What we’re looking for:*** Insurance knowledge, ideally commercial lines.* Strong organisation and attention to detail.* Good client service and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple deadlines**What You Will Get:*** Competitive package and benefits.* Death in Service benefit of x4 salary.* Enhanced maternity and paternity leave packages.PIB Group is one of the UK’s fastest-growing insurance businesses, offering real career progression, professional development, and a collaborative culture where your work truly matters.We encourage our people to be collaborative, with entrepreneurship at our core.
