I am partnered with a highly respected and successful wealth management business who are looking to hire aSenior Group Risk Consultantto join its Employee Benefits team.
For many years, the business has supported companies in designing and managing their employee benefit programmes, includingpensions, health & wellbeing, group life and sickness protection, and wider financial benefitsbuilding long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
This is asmall, close-knit teambased in a separate office from the main businessideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, ownership and a collaborative working environment without the layers of a large corporate structure.

The Role
Youll support and deliverGroup Risk and Healthcare, Employee Benefits solutionsacross a range of products, includingPMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plans and Dental
Working closely with clients and providers, youll manage the full lifecycle from market reviews through to renewals and ongoing service.
Key Responsibilities
Managemarket reviews, including gathering data, approaching insurers and presenting recommendations
Handlescheme renewalsand prepare clear, client-facing reports
Act as a key contact forclient and member queries
Liaise with providers to ensure competitive, up-to-date solutions
Support the administration of schemes includinginvoicing and record updates across Pensions, PMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plans and Dental
About You
* Experience withinEmployee Benefits / Group Risk / Pensions
* Strong understanding of products such asPMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plans and Dental
* Confident managingend-to-end reviews and client relationships
* Comfortable working in asmall team environment
* Working towards or holdingCII / GR1 qualifications(desirable)
* Strong organisation and communication skills
