Are you ready to make a splash? At Splash Waterworld, our lifeguards are the heartbeat of our poolside fun! Your role is crucial in ensuring that every guest enjoys a safe and exhilarating experience, whether they're gliding down our flumes or relaxing by the pool.
Safety is our top priority, and we’re looking for individuals who not only have a keen eye for detail but also a warm and engaging approach to customer service. You’ll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable moments for our guests while leading and supporting exciting poolside activities!
About You
We’re on the lookout for:
* Friendly and confident individuals who love interacting with guests of all ages.
* Strong swimmers with a commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail.
* Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently when supervising areas.
Our business operates 7 days a week, so your flexibility and reliability are essential. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career, including the NPLQ course after you pass the Butlin’s swim test.
Swim Test Requirement
If selected, you’ll be invited to complete the Butlin’s swim test, which includes:
* Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
* Treading water
* Surface diving
* Climbing out of the pool unaided
Note: Applicants under 18 will need parental consent to participate in the swim test.
