Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university or college (or equivalent qualification) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent subject
* Experience in design, development, and maintenance of drive control application software
* Proven works on Variable Speeds Drive application software
* Track record in capturing and creating requirements, tech reports, and functional design documents
* Sole UK National is strictly required
What You’ll Do
* Control application software for converter systems and electrical drives such as but not limited to requirements, design, implementation and testing
* Writing application software that interfacing to other peripheral equipment
* Validation through the use of HIL rigs and Laboratory test drives of application software
* To develop and maintain good engineering interfaces to other engineering teams such as, Power Electronics, Automation and Power System teams to provide a fully Integrated System Solution
* Validation and commissioning of electrical drive systems
