As a Band 5 Nurse, you will be offered a comprehensive development package, including a period of supernumerary, training, education, and a Preceptorship programme. You will have access to the departmental education team and opportunities to develop and progress your career towards RCN Level 1 and Level 2 competencies. You will have the chance to work in all areas of the Emergency Department.
