We are looking for a campaign management professional, that can help build, execute and optimise campaigns for a forward-thinking photographic lab. You will have 3-5 years' experience in managing B2B campaigns, for both offline and online activities.
Key responsibilities:
· Plan, create, execute and manage the evergreen and seasonal campaigns for the company, with the direction of the Head of Marketing.
· Ensure campaigns align with the correct audience and segments for the business
· Understand how campaigns fit within the core business objectives and make decisions based on data
· Work with the marketing team to ensure all assets are in place to ensure robust campaigns that align with objectives and audiences
· Identify and manage keywords for the business that can be integrated into campaign activities
· Research, analyse and understand our customer personae and test opportunities to drive engagement
· Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and recommend ways to optimise
· Make the most of expertise within the photographic industry to create powerful campaigns that raise the brand and broaden the audience demographic of the company.
· Plan and execute on agreed events and exhibitions for the promotion of Loxley or its subsidiaries.
· Ensure post-event reporting and follow-up has been completed.
· Optimise on future event operations
About you:
We are looking for a friendly and dynamic campaign-focussed marketing manager who wants to actively contribute marketing strategy: whether it is helping drive new business generation (subscriptions, new account opens or revenue) or optimising customer engagement strategies.
You'll bring:
· Marketing Manager experience with a campaign focus
· Comfort working within campaign budgets and understanding where to get the best RoI
· Comfort working with and optimising workflows on a CRM
· Commercial acumen and experience of managing ad spend
· Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills
· Effective communication and project management capabilities
· Broad techstack experience including HubSpot, Canva, GA4, Meta and Google ad and analytics platforms
· Lots of creativity and ideas for helping us improve our practices
