SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Manchester

Randstad Education is searching for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Manchester school. You'll play a vital role in helping pupils with complex needs overcome daily challenges and celebrate their progress.
Preferred Skills:
* At least 6 month's experience supporting children or young people with SEN
* Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
* Effective communication and a strong team ethic
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or ready to apply)
* Right to work in the UK and recent employer references
* Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide targeted 1:1 and small group interventions.
* Assist with classroom tasks, personal care (if needed), and transitions.
* Help implement EHCP strategies and behaviour support plans.
* Work closely with class teachers and SENCO staff.
* Promote student engagement and emotional well-being.
