Were on the hunt for a passionate Junior Sous Chef (or a strong Senior CDP/experienced CDP ready to step up) to join a dynamic, close-knit team at a highly regarded independent French restaurant in the heart of Central London.

What Were Looking For:
Solid experience in quality London restaurants
Background cooking at a minimum 2/3 AA Rosette standard
Confidence running your own section (50 covers)
A strong understanding of seasonal ingredients
A team player with energy, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
Interest in menu development and daily specials
Whats On Offer:
Up to £40,000 all-inclusive salary
6 weeks paid holiday per year (the restaurant closes throughout the year!)
Sundays & Mondays off
Half-day midweek + late start Saturdays
