Starting salary of £45,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience

Accurately and efficiently assess vehicle damage using Audatex and Autoflow systems
Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and colleagues to coordinate repairs
Assist with technical enquiries both in the office and onsite within the workshop
Support reception staff and contribute to workshop observations
Help manage workflow to ensure repairs and assessments are completed promptly
Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service and repair qualityRequirements Of A Vehicle Damage Assessor:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or estimator within the automotive industry
Proficiency with Audatex and Autoflow systems is highly desirable
Knowledge of bodyshop operations and repair procedures
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach to work and problem-solving abilities
