Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Hickstead Hotel to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk efficiently while supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
* Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and organized condition.
* Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with basic administrative duties.
* Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
