Duties:
6. Managing parts sales for retail customers, trade clients, and technicians
7. Assisting the service and workshop team with parts requirements
8. Handling parts stock and order processing
9. Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
10. Conducting weekly parts runs as required, driving licence is essential
11. Maintaining accurate records of parts stock and sales
12. Supporting other dealership departments as needed
Requirements:
13. Previous experience in a parts department or other motortrade role
14. A keen interest in cars or a desire to develop within the automotive industry
15. Strong organisational and communication skills
16. Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
17. Valid driving licence, willing to undertake weekly parts runs
18. Enthusiastic team player eager to learn and grow with the company
