Operations Director – Domiciliary Care North West (Regional Travel Required) Flexible Salary DOE Bonus Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Director to join a growing domiciliary care provider with ambitious plans for expansion across the North West. Working closely with the business owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation, driving operational excellence, supporting commercial growth, and developing a scalable infrastructure capable of supporting long-term success. This role would suit a commercially minded operational leader with a proven track record of growing and scaling homecare services while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the operational performance of domiciliary care services across the region Work closely with the owner to develop and execute the organisation's growth strategy Drive branch performance, service quality, compliance, and profitability Identify and pursue opportunities for sustainable business growth Support the mobilisation of new services, contracts, and geographical expansion Develop and mentor management teams to build a high-performing culture Ensure services consistently meet and exceed CQC and regulatory requirements Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs Build strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders Implement systems, processes, and structures to support future growth Requirements Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within Domiciliary Care or Homecare Strong track record of growing and scaling care services Commercially astute with experience driving revenue growth and profitability Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, compliance, and quality standards Experience developing and implementing growth strategies Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to balance operational excellence with commercial objectives Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the North West What’s on Offer Completely flexible salary package DOE Negotiable bonus structure Significant autonomy to shape and grow the business Direct partnership with an engaged and supportive owner Opportunity to influence strategic direction and business growth Clear pathway to Chief Operating Officer (COO) Long-term career progression within a growing organisation If you're a seasoned operational leader with a track record of scaling domiciliary care services and are looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you for a confidential conversation.
