Qualifications
* Qualification in conveyancing ideally with 2-3 PQE
* Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties
* Understanding of property law regulations and conveyancing processes
* Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple caseloads
