Location: Milburn Academy
Salary: £18,561 per annum, £13.45 an hour
Permanent, Part-time – 30 hours per week
Monday to Friday: 4:00pm-10:00pm

Holidays are aligned with school holidays, including 2 weeks in October, Christmas, Easter, plus 5 weeks in the summer.
This is a part-time position within a school environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, organised, and possess strong time management skills.
Duties
Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all schools to a high standard
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as hoovering, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
Carry out deep cleaning tasks during school holidays or scheduled closures
Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and effectively (e.g. floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners)
Replenish cleaning supplies, soap dispensers, toilet rolls, and paper towels as needed
Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with site procedures and environmental standards
Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or damage to the supervisor promptly
