What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading health, safety, and wellbeing strategies across the organisation.
* Building policies, procedures, and training to meet legal and industry standards.
* Carrying out risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
* Driving workplace culture through innovative wellbeing initiatives.
* Partnering with teams across the business to embed wellbeing into daily life.
* Managing and promoting wellbeing programmes covering mental, physical, and emotional health.
* Using data and metrics to refine initiatives and demonstrate impact.
* Coordinating events such as Health & Safety Week, Wellness Fairs, and awareness campaigns.
* Championing a holistic approach to wellbeing as part of the employer brand.
Main Skills Needed:
* NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety qualification.
* Experience leading health & safety in a corporate environment (wellbeing exposure ideal).
* Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and best practice.
* Background in designing and running wellbeing programmes.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive improvements.
* Genuine passion for workplace wellbeing and positive culture.
