Technologist – Footwear Kettering, UK Up to £28,000 per annum (DOE) Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Are you passionate about footwear technology and product innovation? About the Role As a Technologist, you'll play a key role in supporting customers through technical testing, analysis, and reporting. You'll work on a range of projects involving product compliance and performance, helping clients meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conducting and interpreting physical product tests Preparing technical reports and responding to customer queries Presenting findings and leading seminars or webinars Supporting and mentoring technicians within the team Delivering training sessions and contributing to technical publications Visiting customers to promote services and discuss project outcomes Working in line with Quality Systems, Health & Safety, and regulatory standards About You We're looking for someone who is both technically strong and commercially aware. You'll need to be confident dealing with clients and comfortable presenting in a professional setting.
