Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role based in Swindon, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content, with an emphasis on reels & tiktok creation & supporting the execution of social media marketing strategies, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling posts, writing captions, engaging with followers, monitoring performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with social media trends.
Initial contract is for 1 month with a specific focus on one of our clients in the gaming space, success in month 1 trial would then provide the potential for this to become a long term, permanent, agreement.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
* Proficiency in Writing and creating compelling, brand-aligned copy
* Expertise in managing platforms and strategies within Social Media
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
* Creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail
* Experience in branding or digital marketing is a plus
* Familiarity with gaming culture or creative industries is advantageous
