Job Title: Sales Representative
We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Representative to develop sales and retention within an established local company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in phone sales or a strong work history in retail sales. You must be outgoing, customer-oriented, and eager to succeed and grow within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls: Making a set number of calls daily, following up on marketing leads or cold calling.
2. Pitching and selling products: Effectively communicate product benefits and persuade customers to purchase.
3. Handling customer inquiries: Answer questions, address concerns, and provide additional information.
4. Taking orders: Process orders from existing customers and secure new orders.
5. Providing after-sales service: Address complaints and resolve issues related to purchases.
6. Maintaining records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in a CRM system.
7. Meeting sales targets: Achieve or exceed sales quotas.
8. Generating leads: Seek out and engage potential customers.

* Strong interpersonal skills: Build rapport and understand customer needs.
* Persuasion and negotiation skills: Convince customers and negotiate terms.
