Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day business with the Merlo dealer network, supporting the predominantly agricultural business stream, and planning and implementing strategic activities to drive regional Merlo business levels forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day‑to‑day business with the Merlo dealer network.
* Plan and implement strategic activities to grow regional sales.
* Maintain strong business relationships with dealers.
* Travel overnight predominantly within the UK, with occasional international trips.
Qualifications
* Enthusiastic, confident communicator with passion for sales.
* Previous relevant industry sales experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
