3. Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
4. Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
5. Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
6. Maintain accurate and organised financial documentation.
7. Support the team with general ledger entries and adjustments.
8. Handle queries related to accounts and payments professionally.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with financial policies.
10. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance department as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Reading Accounts Assistant should have:
