Sales Development Representative | Sports Technology, Location: Leeds (WF3, Office-Based), £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic £38,000+ Year One. Pitchero is the global leader in digital sports technology. Founded in 2007, we provide the digital backbone for over 10,000 amateur and semi-professional clubs. We are currently looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales Development Representative to join our Leeds headquarters.
This is a role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the "sports-minded" competitiveness required to drive high-velocity sales.
The Role
Unlike traditional SDR roles, you will own the process from initial enquiry to close. You will be the primary point of contact for club officials and volunteers across the UK, guiding them through the modernisation of their operations.
* Lead Management: Utilise warm leads, strategic cold calling, and email automation to build a consistent pipeline.
* Full Sales Cycle: You are responsible for booking and conducting product demonstrations, articulating the technical benefits of our software to diverse audiences.
* High Velocity: You’ll manage multiple leads and aim to close deals daily in a fast-moving market.
* Career Progression: Work directly under an experienced Business Development Manager with a clear pathway to senior sales positions.
