Overview
Our stores are the life and soul of our business. They are the main touch points with our consumer base. The Supervisor leads by example, embraces our entrepreneurial spirit and inspires their team to deliver great service and stay adaptable to change.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales and profit.
* Support the management team in personnel, product & merchandising functions, business processes and store results.
* Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
* Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff.
* Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and delivering an exemplary store journey for customers.
* Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
* Support the team in delivering the business strategy and provide consistent product knowledge and store maintenance training.
* Achieve company standards/goals for personal sales: sales vs. budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction.
* Perform manager-on-duty functions, manage store opening/closing and the sales floor.
* Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.
* Ensure staff accountability for building a repeat customer base by delivering excellent service.
* Ensure visual merchandising directives for the sales floor and back room are followed and reviewed for consistency.
* Collaborate with the management team to build a talent pool for key positions, including potential successors.
About You
* Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand.
* People management experience with the ability to resolve conflicts.
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
* Team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions of others.
* Confident in giving constructive feedback to promote positive behavioral change.
* Adaptable to change and able to work with pace.
* Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
* Can-do attitude and initiative to find in-store solutions.
