This post will be working as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner in Pelvic Health as part of our MSK physiotherapy team serving Inverness, Mid Ross and East Ross. Clinical support will be provided by APP peers in Pelvic Health and operational management from the MSK Team Lead. The successful applicant will provide a physiotherapy service to gynaecology, colorectal, urology and obstetrics and well as referrals from Primary Care. The candidate will also be responsible for taking part in departmental duties including in-service training and student practice placements and assisting our band 6 clinicians with clinical interest in this area. If you do not feel you have the relevant clinical experience to work as an APP in this area, candidates with a specialist interest in Pelvic Health are encouraged to apply until relevant training has been completed (expected 2 year period depending on training needs as per Annex 21). Annex 21 Arrangement Pay Structure:- 1–2 years from completion: 70% of qualified rate Less than 1 year from completion: 75% of qualified rate (Pay will never fall below the Scottish Living Wage.) Existing staff moving into trainee roles will have earnings protected until training ends (unless trainee pay exceeds this).
