Experience & Knowledge
* Proven experience managing or deputising in a childrens residential setting.
* Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, Quality Standards, and safeguarding.
* Skilled in staff management, supervision, and rota planning.
* Confident in budget management and operational oversight.
* Experience in multi-agency working and writing detailed reports.
Qualifications
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards.
* Up-to-date safeguarding and compliance training.
