Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis)

What you’ll do
1. As multi skilled Operative, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
2. Multi skilling across various trades to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes. This includes repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments.
3. Delivering high-quality and compliant work.
4. All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You have
5. Relevant building/construction qualification.
6. Experienced of working across multiple building trades such as joinery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, groundwork or basic plumbing.
7. A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
8. A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

The practical bits
9. Working Monday to Friday, you’ll also be asked to take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis with colleagues with an additional generous on call payment.
10. You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
11. You’ll need a Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
