Sales Representative - (Hybrid | Nottingham) Optima UK are representing a Nottingham-based client who operate within the print, packaging and point of sale industry. We are currently supporting several pieces of recruitment owing to expansion of the business. We are therefore interested in talking to established Sales Professionals with experience in the print and packaging industry as our client grows its Sales function. Role Description We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join the business on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility for remote work alongside time spent at the client's Nottingham facility and with customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for Identifying, building, maintaining, and strengthening customer relationships Preparing and delivering engaging sales presentations Managing leads and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle Meeting and exceeding sales targets Representing the brand professionally at client meetings, events, and exhibitions Qualifications and Requirements Proven sales experience with strong skills in customer relationship management and lead generation with demonstrable and quantifiable sales achievements Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities The ability to work independently, manage their own pipeline Experience in the printing or signage sector What We Offer Salary available is flexible depending on experience and previous sales delivery Hybrid working Career development opportunities within a growing company
