Role: Senior Network Analyst (also known as Network Engineer, Network and Infrastructure Engineer, Network and Systems Engineer)
Salary: £45,000 - £53,000 + 12.5% Pension + 25% Bonus (typically 15-18%) + 28 Days Holiday rising to 30 + Private Health / Dental
Location: London - West End - 4 days in the office
The role
We’re looking for a hands-on engineer to ensure our clients' systems remain secure, available, and high performing. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve issues, support daily operations, and play a key role in upgrading and maintaining infrastructure from firewalls to virtualized servers.
You’ll work across:
* Network & system infrastructure (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
* Virtualisation, storage, backup, and disaster recovery
* Security tools (SIEM, MFA, NAC), scripting & automation
* Vendor coordination and compliance standards
You have:
* CCNA certification (CCNP desirable)
* Solid experience with IT infrastructure and networking
* Hands-on troubleshooting and implementation skills
* Knowledge of security protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and disaster recovery planning
* Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) and good documentation ability
* Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication
