Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a National business within the Transport Industry to recruit for a Fleet Administrator
This role will support the Fleet Management team with all Administration as well as obtaining information from suppliers and customers
Day to day duties:
* Handing in and outbound bound calls relating service bookings for customers fleet
* Booking service-related work across our fleet and network
* Following up on Service-related work and all administration
* Updating the system with all maintenance and repair works done
* Chasing outstanding service documents
Previous experinece doing fleet administration such as service / MOT and PCN would be advantageous
Salary £24,000
Working hours 8am to 5pm
Holiday 25 days plus bank holiday
