What You'll Do:
* Support adults (18+) with disabilities, long-term conditions, or mental health needs to live safely and independently at home.
* Build long-term relationships with regular, local clients (no rushed visits—we offer 30-minute minimum call times).
* Receive extra training to confidently support specific conditions.

Competitive Pay:
* Respite Calls: £12.60 – £13.20/hour
* Homecare Calls:
* £14.25/hour (Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm)
* £14.75/hour (Mon–Fri, 6pm–10pm)
* £15.25/hour (Weekends)
* £16.25/hour (Bank Holidays)
Travel Covered:
* Up to 1 hour of paid travel time per shift
* 45p per mile mileage allowance
