The Role
* Supporting adults with mental health needs to live fulfilling and independent lives
* Providing emotional support and promoting positive wellbeing
* Assisting with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and routine support
* Encouraging community involvement, activities, and social engagement
* Maintaining accurate records and following individual support plans
* Contributing to a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Support Worker
* PMVA or CPI training
* UK-based experience supporting adults with mental health needs
* Compassionate, resilient, and reliable
* Confident communicator and strong team player
* Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
