This is an exciting time for the service as it progresses towards becoming an outstanding provider of adult and community education.
Birmingham Adult Education Service is the largest provider of Adult and Community Learning in the country, operating across multiple sites with over 7,000 adult learners annually.
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-facing individuals to join our busy teams. You will provide frontline services by answering learners' queries in person and over the phone, as well as performing a wide range of administrative duties. You will represent the service as the first point of contact for potential new learners and existing learners. The ideal candidate will be highly IT literate and possess excellent customer service skills.
This position is based at Selly Oak Centre, a vibrant community hub.
