Rugby League Commercial manages all commercial aspects of UK Rugby League, including the Betfred Men’s and Women’s Super League, the Challenge Cup and the England national teams (men, women and wheelchair). We are seeking to appoint a Content Creator to support the delivery of key Rugby League events.
RL Commercial are currently recruiting for an Content Creator.
Key responsibilities
•Produce regular, consistent and engaging content across RL Commercials social media platforms, as well as owned platforms such as websites, Our League and SuperLeague+.
•Work closely with the Social Media Manager to build comprehensive social media plans.
•Work closely with the Content Team to ensure video content is optimised for social media channels and owned Digital platforms.
•Day-to-day management of RL Commercial’s YouTube channels.
•Work closely with the Head of Digital to ensure video content across social media and owned Digital platforms serves the wider Digital strategy.
•Ensure all video content published across social media channels is in line with RL Commercial’s various brand and social media guidelines.
•Work closely with the Partnerships Team on delivery of social media content required by RL Commercial’s partners.
Key skills
•2+ year’s experience of working in a social media and/or content creating role
•Strong knowledge of Adobe software particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
•Able to demonstrate a passion for the sports industry.
•Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
•A knowledge of the world of social media and YouTube.

Remuneration: competitive plus company benefits. This role is full time and based in Manchester, however due to the nature of the role, travel and flexibility with hours may be required. RL Commercial supports a flexible and hybrid working environment.
