The Successful Applicant
A successful People Business Partner should have:

12. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
13. Demonstrable ability to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and talent management processes.
