Junior Paraplanner - Technical Development Role

We're working with a respected and fast-growing wealth management firm in Wakefield that's part of a national advisory network. They're looking for a motivated, technically minded individual who's ready to build a long-term career in financial planning.
If you've already completed RO1 and have some experience with report writing or technical admin, this is your chance to move into a structured paraplanning pathway -with mentorship, study support, and hands-on exposure to the full advice process.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting case analysis and producing AI-assisted suitability reports.
Conducting research across pensions, investments, and protection.
Drafting suitability letters and supporting documentation.
Liaising with advisers and compliance to keep cases moving.
Learning the ropes of technical calculations, compliance, and client implementation.
What you'll bring:
RO1 qualification (CII or equivalent) - essential.
A clear desire to complete your Diploma and grow into a full Paraplanner role.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, learning-focused mindset.
Some experience in financial services admin or technical support.
What's on offer:
£25,000-£28,000 salary depending on experience.
Up to 15% bonus (10% production + 5% performance).
25 days holiday + bank holidays + appraisal reward day.
