Staffpower Group is delighted to be working with our client based in Cramlington, who is looking for a committed Customer Service Advisor focused on delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for customers. As the first point of contact, you'll handle all customer queries via telephone, email, and chat.
Main Duties
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
3. Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency
4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
About You
1. A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service environment
2. Customer-focused
3. Thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment
4. Excellent communication skills
