Up to £85,000 + mileage, bonus and benefits

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity within the specialist hotels division of a boutique Project and Construction Management Consultancy operating throughout London and the Southeast. The requirement is for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager, who is confident in running smaller, fast track fit out or capex refurbishment projects autonomously, within live environments in the hotel sector.

You will have responsibility for pre and post contract commercial duties on projects with values ranging typically between £2 million and £10million.

Key criteria:

o Experience gained with a PQS or Cost Management Consultancy
o UK Project Experience
o BSc. Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
o Hotels Experience or Commercial/Conversions/Change of use
