Duties & Responsibilities
1. Conduct three comprehensive assessments per day, evaluating clients' physical and mental health to assess their functional abilities.
2. Prepare detailed and accurate reports based on assessment findings.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to develop tailored care plans.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
5. Provide clear explanations to clients regarding the assessment process and outcomes.
6. Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Criteria
* Hold a valid license to practice as an occupational therapist, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedic, or doctor.
* Be fully registered with the appropriate licensing body (HCPC, NMC, GMC).
* Have at least one year of post-registration experience.
* Have the legal right to work in the UK.
* Possess a valid driving license or access to reliable transport.
* Successfully pass a government Baseline Personnel Security Standard vetting, including a DBS or Access NI check.
