Senior Email & CRM Manager
Location: London
Salary: 60k to 65k
Contract: FTC 7 months to 18 months
I'm currently partnered with an industry leading travel Brand, in the search for a Senior Email and CRM Manager. This will be reporting in to the Head of Brand Marketing, implementing global marketing strategy alongside the wider marketing team.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overseeing email marketing strategy and execution, driving database expansion, engagement, lead nurturing, optimization, and achieving ROI targets.
2. Creating an email marketing roadmap that aligns with the broader marketing strategy to benchmark and enhance email campaign ROI.
3. Managing the implementation of all aspects of email campaigns, including content and design, testing and optimization, analytics, and reporting.
4. Designing and overseeing automated and triggered email workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on continuously enhancing engagement and retention rates.
5. Managing CRM projects, encompassing Ad Studio campaigns as well as abandoned browse and cart initiatives (leveraging Marketing Cloud Personalization).
6. Serving as the global lead for brand email, collaborating with marketing teams across eight regions to offer guidance on email best practices and develop strategies for sales, remarketing, customer reengagement, and retention.
