Building Services Account Manager
Specializing in M&E / Facilities Management for a central London-based, single contract, high-profile building. Offers bonus, pension scheme, and development opportunities.
Our client is a well-established property and real estate organization managing high-profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. Due to internal restructuring, they seek an experienced Account Manager/Director to oversee a prestigious commercial client in Central London. The role involves delivering a 5-star service, managing a team of approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and facilities support, and liaising with on-site clients.
Salary ranges from £75,000 to £85,000, with bonus, pension, and training opportunities. Candidates should have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in commercial environments, with experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Additional desirable certifications include ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a team of 25 staff
* Managing a P&L of approximately £2.5 million
