End‑to‑End / Data Migration Test Manager

We’re looking for an experienced End‑to‑End Test Manager to lead testing across a complex multi‑system environment. This role blends Test Management with hands‑on delivery, supporting end-to-end testing, data migration and UAT
What You’ll Do
Own and deliver the end‑to‑end, data migration and UAT test plans, working with product and vendor teams to ensure full coverage including Operational/Non Functional requirements
Manage Entry/Exit through each test phase
Prepare, execute and manage data migration testing and ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and integrity of data source to target
Prepare, execute and manage end-to-end functional tests which are aligned with critical user journeys across multiple systems and services
Manage UAT working alongside project and business resources
Defect management and triage
Manage test and defects reporting using existing tooling such as Jira/TestRail
Present clear quality updates, risks, and status to senior stakeholders
Drive quality best practices across engineering and project teams
What You Bring
Proven experience of end‑to‑end testing via API and/or UI
Proven experience of working on data migration projects involving structured and unstructured data and testing of ETL processing/tooling
Ability to work alongside business and technical stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience of Sales, Finance, eLearning domains desirable
