Position Summary
Position responsible for developing and implementing strategic, targeted organizational effectiveness strategies to support NCR's vision and drive performance. Key responsibilities include:
1. Leadership development strategy design, plans, and execution
2. Establishing organization change management strategies and resources
3. Developing OD services and capability to support global talent management and learning strategies
Key Areas of Responsibility
Key areas of responsibility include:
1. Overseeing employee engagement strategy and initiatives
2. Developing HR People Partner OD tools and capability
3. Acting as a change agent in the organization
4. Participating in the development of competency models
5. Providing organizational design consulting support
6. Assessing and monitoring the effectiveness of development and training initiatives
7. Ensuring organizational effectiveness in talent acquisition
8. Executing the Employee/Labor Relations Strategy
Basic Requirements & Experience
Basic requirements and experience for this position:
* Bachelor’s Degree
* 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources management
* Knowledge of managing organizational change and development strategies
* Experience in Employee Relations
* Ability to lead and apply organizational and change theories
* Excellent facilitation, public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Knowledge in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications for this position:
* Master’s Degree
* PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification
