Site Supervisor Kettering

Monarch Education is representing a school that requires a Site Supervisor to start as soon as possible. In this role, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of the school premises. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will be essential in maintaining a secure and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications/Experience
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role, ideally within an educational setting.
* Knowledge of building maintenance and repair, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily maintenance and repairs on school premises.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting inspections and addressing hazards.
* Supervise custodial and maintenance staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
* Implement preventive maintenance programs for school facilities and equipment.
