Proclinical is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to join a dynamic and patient-focused team within the supply chain department. In this role, you will ensure the continuous availability of pharmaceutical products, preventing stock-out situations and supporting patient needs. You will act as a key liaison between commercial, regulatory, manufacturing, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate the replenishment of finished goods to distribution centers and third-party partners.
* Monitor stock levels to minimize write-offs due to expiration and initiate redistribution activities when necessary.
* Manage supplier relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to maintain strong partnerships.
* Organize and oversee shipments, including customs documentation and quality release processes.
* Conduct multi-site, multi-market, and multi-level planning to align supply with market demand.
* Collaborate with commercial teams to define annual quantities and deliver rolling forecasts to suppliers.
* Ensure timely and secure movement of products throughout the supply chain.
* Crosscheck quality documents for goods receipt and maintain accurate records in SAP, including batch numbers and expiry dates.
* Execute supply chain activities in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and maintain accuracy in SAP systems.
* Raise and manage change controls and deviations while adhering to GDP procedures.
* Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Develop and deploy performance scorecards for CMOs.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, with a focus on forecasting, planning, and inventory management.
* Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
* Proficiency in GDP and GMP standards.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Agile thinker with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Strong collaboration skills and a results-oriented approach.
* Proficiency in SAP ByDesign and Microsoft Office tools is advantageous.
