Duties:
9. Carry out Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs, and cambelt replacements.
10. Perform diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues
11. Complete digital job cards and detailed work write-ups ensuring accuracy and traceability
12. Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with manufacturer standards
13. Adhere to safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines during all tasks
14. Support team members and maintain a tidy and efficient workshop
15. Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every job
Requirements as a Vehicle Technician:
16. Recognised Level 3 qualification such as IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent
17. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with exposure to warranty and routine servicing work
18. Strong diagnostic skills and comprehensive knowledge of modern vehicle systems
19. MOT licence is desirable; full training provided if not currently qualified.
20. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
21. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous professional development
22. Eagerness to learn through manufacturer accreditation and technical training programmes
