Main duties of the job
To support leadership and work within the Hand Therapy Occupational Therapy team in Outpatients, providing an effective and evidence-based service through assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programmes.
To deliver therapeutic intervention as a specialist clinician in Hand Therapy, using the principles of Occupational Therapy in an integrated and client-centred way.
To take responsibility for personal development and support the development and supervision of others through CPD (continuing professional development), linked to appraisal.
To support evaluation and service development in the clinical area in line with national and local drivers.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
